The Imberguet valley: a vertical, fun canyon
The setting :
The Imberguet valley is a jewel in the crown of the Vésubie valley. This canyon winds its way between limestone walls sculpted by water, in a wild, mineral atmosphere. An unspoilt site, far from the crowds.

Environmental protection :
The first 300 metres downstream of the bridge are closed to walking in the water. This zone protects the «white-footed» crayfish, a fragile local species.
The course: technical and fun
The Imberguet offers a complete circuit alternating vertical descents and playful passages. A sporting canyon where technique meets thrills.

A spring canyon
The Imberguet is fed by melting snow. As a result, it flows from March to mid-June, then dries up. So this is a canyon to do at the start of the season.

Please note: The canyon becomes impassable from mid-June (lack of water).

Meeting point given when booking. Your guide will welcome you and brief you on the tour.
- Equipment
We provide everything you need: neoprene wetsuit, helmet, harness and abseiling equipment.
- Approach walk
5-minute walk to the start. Short and efficient.
- The descent
3 to 4 hours in the canyon: abseils, jumps, slides... Your instructor accompanies you and makes every passage safe.
- Back to
5-minute walk back to the cars. You can picnic on site or nearby.
