- To take part in an activity Paragliding or Canyoning At Ailéments you must book in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment is by cheque or cash.
- When you register, or if you register a group, it is your duty to inform everyone of the general terms and conditions of sale, the legal notices and the quality charter.
- Our prices include supervision by a qualified instructor as well as the loan of appropriate equipment for the activity. But does not include transport to the starting point, accommodation, food, drinks and other personal equipment.
- The rates are shown in Euros, all taxes included
Conditions of participation
- The activities offered by Ailéments are accessible to all, but in canyoning, depending on the route chosen, level, height, weight, age, the obligation to be able to swim at least 50 m, to put your head under water and to be used to heights for abseiling are all criteria that will be taken into account and requested by the instructor.
- For paragliding: we place particular emphasis on weight, the passenger's ability to move and run correctly so that they are active during the take-off and landing phases.
- It is essential that all participants are in good physical condition and health, with no recent operations or injuries on the day of the activity.
- Similarly, participants must not be under the influence of drugs or in a state of inebriation for the activity.
- Any medical constraints must be notified to your instructor in advance (asthma, diabetes, injuries, previous fractures, etc.).
- The instructor reserves the right to exclude a participant if they do not follow the instructions or represent a danger to the group or themselves.
- The activities offered by Ailéments are practised in a specific environment (unsafe natural environment), so you must be aware of the risks involved.
Image rights
Ailéments gives itself the right to use your image for promotional and advertising purposes, whatever the media used (paper-videos-internet). If you do not wish to appear, you can send us your request by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, withdraw or delete information concerning you.
Insurance
All our instructors at Ailéments are state-qualified and have youth and sports accreditation, so they meet all the legal requirements in force. They have professional liability insurance covering the supervision of the activities offered. All the supporting documents are at your disposal.
We strongly advise you to take out individual insurance cover for damage caused or suffered as a result of incidents or accidents not directly related to the activities. Not resulting from the instructor or equipment failure.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an activity (even a gift voucher) :
- The balance paid will be reimbursed to you in full if Ailéments is informed. at least 20 days before the date of the activity.
- The balance will be reimbursed to you at 50% if Ailéments is informed for at least 10 days before the date of the activity.
- The balance paid will not be refunded if Ailéments is informed 8 days or less before the date of the activity.
Ailéments, with your safety and enjoyment in mind, reserves the right to cancel an outing if the weather conditions are not favourable on the day of the activity. In canyoning, if the minimum number of people for the outing is not reached, the outing may be cancelled. (Minimum of 3 people depending on the canyon).
Delay
A meeting time and place is systematically communicated in advance. paragliding as in canyoning. For the smooth running of the activity and out of respect for the other participants and the instructor, Ailéments does not tolerate any lateness. If the instructor is late for the activity, no refund or compensation will be due.
Theft and damage
The client is warned that it is strongly discouraged to bring and leave valuables in a vehicle during the activity. The Ailéments instructors are in no way responsible or liable for any loss, theft or damage.
