2. Data we collect

We only collect the data necessary for the organisation of your activities:

• Booking form Name, phone (WhatsApp), place of stay, desired date, and for each participant: first name, age, weight, height, and shoe sizecanyoning).
• Gift voucher : Buyer and beneficiary details.
• Direct contact: the information you provide to us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

The template data (age, weight, height, shoe size) are essential for your safety: they are used exclusively to prepare suitable equipment (sail, harness, suit, shoes) and to form groups.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Processing your booking (confirmation, organisation, appointment reminder): performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
• Business Security (adaptation of equipment to the template): operator's safety obligation.
• Response to your information requests: legitimate interest.
• Invoicing and accounting Legal obligation.
• Site audience measurement (visit statistics with Google Analytics): your consent, collected by the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

We do not engage in any automated commercial prospecting, do not send newsletters, and never sell your data.

4. Recipients of data

Your data is accessible only to the Ailéments team (instructors and organisational staff) for the purposes of your activity. It is not transferred, leased or sold to third parties. It is stored on secure management systems with restricted access.

If you accept the measure of audience, your browsing data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), in accordance with the conditions described in section 6.

5. Shelf lives

• Booking data: 3 years after your last activity.
• Invoicing documents: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Information requests without booking: 1 year.
• Audience measurement: cookies _ga 13 months maximum, navigation statistics 14 months in Google Analytics.
• Choice of cookies (accepted or refused): 6 months.

6. Cookies and third-party services

During your first visit, a banner asks you for your consent before any cookie is placed for audience measurement. You can accept, refuse, or customize your choice; refusing has no consequences on your navigation or on the booking process. Your choice is kept for 6 months. The site does not use any advertising cookies.

• Strictly necessary cookies (exempted from consent): the ail_consent cookie memorizes your choice for 6 months. Other technical cookies necessary for the site to function may be placed.
• Audience measurement, only with your consent Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) measures the pages visited, the type of device and the approximate country of visitors in order to improve the site. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are stored for a maximum of 13 months. The data can be transferred to the United States to Google LLC, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not charged.
• YouTube videos Read in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube does not store any information about your visit until you play a video; the playback then falls under Google's privacy policy.

Some pages also display content from third-party services (customer reviews), subject to the privacy policies of those services.
