First paragliding flight. Pierrot immediately reassured me. The smooth take-off, then that view of the sea and the mountains... magic. We flew for 35 minutes thanks to the thermals. I even took the controls for a few moments. Superb photos. I'll be back again!

Our children (aged 9 and 12) wanted to try canyoning. Pierre-Yves was perfect: patient, reassuring and educational. The Gours du Ray is ideal for beginners: optional jumps, natural slides, clear water. Everyone loved it. We'll be back for a sportier canyon!
