The main takeoff is from the ridges of Cheiron, at 1,800 metres above sea level exceptional altitude gain, long flights, high mountain atmosphere in the heart of the Pré-Alps of Azur Regional Nature Park.

If most of our flights take place at Gréolières, it is thanks to its aerology: a due-south aspect, regular valley breezes and more than 250 flyable days a year. People from Grasse are lucky to have a consistent site just 35 minutes from home — gentle enough for a first family tandem flight, rich enough to progress all the way to learning to fly. The choice between Gréolières and Gourdon-Embarnier is in fact made at the last moment, according to the day's wind direction: this flexibility is what lets us choose the best flying slot for every outing.

From the very first seconds, the scenery transforms: the ground recedes, silence descends, and the Grasse region opens up in a 360° panorama – from the Cheiron peaks to the Mediterranean, via the Gorges du Loup. The onboard video, filmed by your instructor, captures every moment of the flight, from the great leap to the turns above the plateaus. In detail: the Ascending flight, our best-seller, uses the updrafts along the Cheiron ridges, with spirals and chandelles as an option for thrill-seekers. The Child flight is flown only in the morning, between 8 and 10 am, when the air is calmest, with an instructor used to young children. The Educational flight (45 min to 1 hr, from age 12, video included) introduces reading thermals, take-off technique and the basics of theory. In winter, Paragliding on skis takes off with skis on from the slopes of Gréolières-les-Neiges, above snow-capped peaks (from age 10). Finally, the Prestige flight offers a longer flight that goes further than the Ascending flight, with a 360° panorama from Monaco to Cannes and HD and 4K video included, and the paragliding + canyoning combo pairs the flight with a canyon descent for a day of 100% thrills in the hinterland, between the Cheiron ridges and the Gorges du Loup.

During the flight, you can take the controls for a few moments if you fancy it, and sensations are available on request for the more adventurous, depending on how you feel. On landing, your instructor takes the time for a debrief and gives you your video if you ordered it. No prior experience or specific fitness level is required: being able to take a few running steps at take-off is enough, and every flight is adapted to your pace.
Regarding the season, we fly almost all year round in the Grasse region: spring and autumn offer the most consistent conditions, summer favours morning flights (calmer and cooler at altitude), and winter adds the magic of ski paragliding. The slot is always confirmed the day before by SMS according to the weather, and rescheduling remains free if conditions aren't met — you only pay for your flight once in the air, never before. It is this flexibility, as much as the proximity of the sites, that brings so many locals back season after season, from their first tandem flight to pilot training.
