In summer, take-off at 1,800 m above Gréolières, the sea on the horizon in clear weather, then the cool of the canyon in the afternoon: a hen do in Provence, on the mountain side. In winter, paragliding carries on (except from January to mid-February) and, when there is snow, the ski flight takes off on skis from Gréolières-les-Neiges (€100, from age 10).

Flying side by side with friends
An original activity for a hen do, or an original stag do idea: with our two instructors, two friends fly at the same time, side by side in the sky, and the whole group takes off in rotation over the half-day. The video of the groom- or bride-to-be is offered.

Two people fly simultaneously subject to instructor availability. For hen or stag parties, we organise the flights. in rotation for the half-day so everyone can fly.
Do you need to be athletic to go canyoning?
No, the discovery trail in the Gorges du Loup is accessible to beginners in good physical condition. Jumps (optional), natural slides and abseils are adapted to the group's level.
Can paragliding and canyoning be combined on a single day?

The combo is at 190€ per person. Fewer than 5? For the canyon, you join a group already running, as we open trips from 5 people.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Ailéments reviews the conditions the day before and confirms by text message. If conditions are not right, the activity is rescheduled free of charge for another date.

From what age can one participate?
Paragliding is open from age 5 with parental consent, and you must weigh 90 kg at most. Discovery canyoning is open from age 8.
Paragliding with friends, two by two side by side in the sky, or canyoning in the Gorges du Loup for a nature stag do. The combo brings both together in the same day, at €190 per person.
How much does a paragliding hen do cost for 4, 6 or 8 people?
With the Ascending flight at €140: €560 for 4 people (2 videos offered), €840 for 6 and €1,120 for 8 (all videos offered). The paragliding and canyoning combo costs €190 per person.
Can you have a hen do in the mountains in winter?
Yes for paragliding, which is possible all year round except from January to mid-February. When there is snow, the ski flight takes off on skis from Gréolières-les-Neiges (€100, from age 10). Canyoning, on the other hand, runs from 1 April to 31 October.
Can you have a hen do in Cannes, Antibes or Monaco with you?
Yes. Gréolières is 50 minutes from Cannes and 45 minutes from Antibes. From Monaco, from December to early March, we fly at Mont Gros, landing on the Golfe Bleu beach; the rest of the year, at Gréolières.
