🏃 Able to run a few steps (take-off)
💪 Regular physical activity
⚖️ No significant overweight issues
📋 How your day will unfold
📅 You must be available ALL DAY on the booked date and sure of your booking
🕐 Your time slot will be communicated the evening before after the instructor's weather analysis

CANYONING - SEASON INFO
Canyoning is regulated in the Alpes-Maritimes region.
📅 Open season: April 1st → October 31st

👥 Canyoning is done in small groups (up to 8 per instructor)
From 5 people we open your own trip; below that, we place you on an already-organised trip.

🚫 From November 1st to March 31st, canyoning is prohibited by prefectoral decree.
