The Cascades de Bès-Courmes are located in the gorges of the Vallée du Loup, opposite the hilltop village of Gourdon. It takes around 1 hour from Nice or Cannes.
on! You can choose between a 30m abseil or a 60m abseil, depending on your level of comfort with heights. Both options offer exceptional sensations.
The Cascades de Courmes combine a technical vertical section and a fun aquatic section. The full route takes 4 hours on site, including a picnic break.

No, our instructors will train you in abseiling techniques right from the start of the route. The first abseils are progressive before attacking the big waterfall.
