The Cascades de Bès-Courmes are located in the gorges of the Vallée du Loup, opposite the hilltop village of Gourdon. It takes around 1 hour from Nice or Cannes.
on! You can choose between a 30m abseil or a 65m abseil, depending on your level of comfort with heights. Both options offer exceptional sensations.
The Courmes waterfalls combine a technical vertical section with a fun aquatic section. The whole course takes around 5-6 hours to complete, with a picnic break.
The exit is at 80€ per person (full day). Full equipment included. Bring your own picnic, which must be packed in waterproof containers.
