Meeting point and equipment - Meet your guide at the canyon car park (GPS location sent the day before). The journey from Saint-Tropez takes around 1h20 to 1h30 depending on the canyon you choose. On site, you put on your 5 mm neoprene wetsuit over your swimming costume. Helmet, harness, lanyard, descender: all the technical equipment is provided and fitted.
Safety briefing - Your qualified professional guide explains how to progress: jump position, use of descender, communication signals in the canyon. Professional supervision to help you progress with confidence.
Approach walk - Between 15 and 45 minutes depending on the route to reach the start. An opportunity to discover the landscapes of the Provençal hinterland, far from the hustle and bustle of the coast.
The descent - First slide, first sensations. The guide leads the way and accompanies you at each obstacle. Jumps are always optional: you can go around them if you prefer. The pace is adapted to the group to ensure a convivial experience.

There are no canyons directly in Saint-Tropez. The canyons are located in the hinterland, and we particularly recommend the Gorges du Loup (1h30), the benchmark canyon in the Alpes-Maritimes.
The Gorges du Loup offer an exceptional experience: varied courses for all levels, spectacular waterfalls, professional infrastructure and guaranteed accessibility all year round. The journey is part of the adventure, with magnificent Mediterranean landscapes to discover.

You'll pay €55 per person for a half-day discovery trip (2-3 hours of descent, equipment included). The sporting day package costs €80 for 4-5 hours in more challenging canyons. A combination of paragliding and canyoning costs €190 for a full day.
Children aged 8 and over can take part in our beginners' courses, such as Haut Jabron, Gorges du Loup and Cramassouri. They must be able to swim and follow the guide's instructions. Yes, essential. You need to be able to swim 25 metres and put your head under water without fear. Some pools require you to swim several metres. If you're not comfortable in the water, this activity is not for you.
Closed trainers that you are prepared to get wet and damaged. No sandals, flip-flops or new shoes. Ideally, old running shoes or aquashoes with thick soles.
