How is your christening going?
Meeting with your pilot - Management Gréolières or Gourdon depending on the day's weather. Your instructor will greet you with a smile and take the time to answer every question.
Express briefing - No technical jargon. Three simple instructions: run on take-off, sit in the harness, put your feet up on landing. That's all you need to remember.
Take-off facing the panorama - With your harness adjusted and helmet in place, you take off side by side with your pilot. In three seconds, the ground is gone and the show begins.

The limit is 90 kg, determined by the certification of our tandem equipment. Beyond this limit, the glider cannot guarantee optimal flight in terms of paragliding safety. If you are close to this limit, contact us to discuss it.
What should I wear for a paragliding flight?
Even in summer in the Var, it gets cooler at 1400 m altitude. Bring closed shoes (trainers or hiking boots), long trousers and a windproof jacket. We provide an approved helmet and a comfortable harness.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions do not allow you to fly safely, your flight will be postponed free of charge to the date of your choice. You pay nothing until the flight takes place. The day before, you will receive an SMS confirming or postponing your flight.
Can I give a paragliding gift voucher?

Can I film my paragliding flight?
