How does a paragliding flight work?
A text message the day before will tell you the exact location and time of your appointment.
Your step-by-step experience :
Welcome at take-off - Your instructor will meet you at Gréolières or Gourdon depending on the day's conditions. This is your chance to ask all your questions before the big jump.
Ground preparation - Simple, clear instructions: how to position yourself for take-off, what to do in flight, how to land. You put on your harness and helmet, and the instructor checks every detail.
Take-off - A few strides into the air and your feet leave the ground. The instructor manages the entire take-off, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
In the air - The silence, the 360° panorama, the feeling of floating above the Préalpes d'Azur. If you wish, your instructor can give you the controls or suggest a few tricks for thrill-seekers.
Back on the ground - Gentle landing on the Gréolières meadow. Debriefing with your pilot and retrieval of your footage if you have chosen the video option.

You'll fly over the Gorges du Loup (700 m below), the hilltop villages of the Préalpes d'Azur and the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. The panorama stretches from the Mercantour to the Côte d'Azur coastline. It's a different spectacle from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, but the flights last between 20 and 60 minutes in optimum aerological conditions.

Is paragliding accessible to all?
First-time paragliding is an activity open to everyone from the age of 4. We offer a Child's Flight package at €100, with introductory flights for beginners scheduled in the morning when the air is calm. Children love discovering paragliding, and our instructors adapt their approach to reassure them.
What is the maximum authorised weight for flying?
The limit is 90 kg, determined by the certification of our tandem equipment. Beyond this limit, the glider cannot guarantee optimal flight safety. If you are close to this limit, contact us to discuss it.
What should I wear for a paragliding flight?
Even in summer in the Var, it gets cooler at 1400 m altitude. Bring closed shoes (trainers or hiking boots), long trousers and a windproof jacket. We provide an approved helmet and comfortable harness with professional paragliding equipment.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions do not allow you to fly safely, your flight will be postponed free of charge to the date of your choice. You pay nothing until the flight takes place. The day before, you will receive an SMS confirming or postponing your flight.
Can I give a paragliding gift voucher?
Our gift card is valid for one year, giving the recipient time to choose their ideal date. It can be used for all our packages, from Child Flight to Prestige Flight. It's the perfect way to give a loved one an aerial adventure and the thrill of free flight.
Can I film my paragliding flight?
The GoPro video option is available for €30 (included in the Prestige Flight). Your instructor films the highlights of the flight: take-off facing the Pre-Alps, flying over the crests with breathtaking views of the Côte d'Azur, and landing. Memories transferred directly to your phone.
Is it possible to learn to fly after a first flight?
