These canyons are shared with neighbouring towns: one can also descend into them from Saint-Raphaël (nearby), Saint-Tropez and Toulon. The outing can easily be extended with a swim in the coves of the Esterel.

We practice May to September, water being the most pleasant in the height of summer. To ring the changes, paragliding + canyoning combo Link the flight and descent to a day.

It’s the water that makes all the difference: turquoise, crystal-clear and sometimes cool, it transforms every pool into a natural swimming pool and every slide into a life-size water slide. Between tackling the technical sections, you can take the time to swim, admire the rock sculpted by the floods and enjoy the silence that only the gorges can offer. A timeless escape, just a few kilometres from the hustle and bustle of the coast.

D-Day

How does a canyoning trip work?

A simple and reassuring route, supervised from A to Z by your state-certified guide. The canyon is confirmed by SMS the day before, depending on the weather and water flow.

Appointment & equipment

Check-in at the car park confirmed by SMS, then donning the 5mm wetsuit, helmet, and harness – everything is provided.

Safety briefing

Jumping position, using the descender, communication signals. No jargon, just practical advice.

Approach walk

10 to 30 minutes depending on the canyon to reach the start, time to warm up and admire the Pre-Alps.

Descent and return

Toboggans, optional jumps and abseils to the rhythm of the band, then back to the car park and debriefing.

First slide, first thrills: your guide goes first to show you the technique, then accompanies you through each obstacle. Jumps are always optional — you can bypass if you prefer — and the pace adapts to the group. No experience is necessary: you just need to be able to swim 25 metres and be comfortable in the water. Afterwards, you get changed, share your impressions, and collect your photos if you chose that option.

As for what to bring, it’s nothing complicated: just make sure you have a swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit, an old pair of closed-toe trainers that won’t mind getting soaked, a towel, and some dry clothes for the journey home. There’s no need to bring any specialist kit – we provide everything. Just remember to let the guide know about any specific concerns (fear of water, health issues): the trip is always tailored to the group, never the other way round.
