The choice between Gréolières and Gourdon-Embarnier is actually made at the last minute, depending on the day’s wind direction: it is this flexibility, unique to schools that operate across multiple sites, that guarantees the best possible flying window on every outing.

In detail: the Ascending flight, Our best-seller heads cross-country over the Cheiron ridges to the village of Coursegoules – spirals and chandelles are optional for thrill-seekers. Child flight only in the morning, between 8 am and 10 am, when the air is stillest, with an instructor used to younger children. The Educational flight introduces aspiring pilots to the analysis of thermals, take-off technique, and theoretical basics, while the Walk & Fly add an approach hike. In winter, the Paragliding on skis set off on skis from the slopes of Gréolières-les-Neiges, gliding over the snow-capped peaks (ages 10 and over). Finally, the Prestige flight offers the full works — long-duration flight over the ridges, acrobatic manoeuvres, a 360° panorama from Monaco to Cannes, and HD video included — and the Paragliding combo + canyoning combines a flight and a canyoning descent for a day packed with thrills in the countryside, between the Cheiron ridges and the Gorges du Loup.

During the flight, you can take control A few moments if the mood takes you, and acrobatics are possible upon request for the more playful. Upon landing, your instructor will take time for a debrief and will give you your video if you ordered it. No particular experience or physical condition is required: being able to take a few running steps at take-off is enough, and each flight is adapted to your pace.
Regarding the season, we fly almost all year round in the Grasse region: spring and autumn offer the most consistent conditions, summer favours morning flights (calmer and cooler at altitude), and winter adds the magic of ski paragliding. The slot is always confirmed the day before by SMS according to the weather, and rescheduling remains free if conditions aren't met — you only pay for your flight once in the air, never before. It is this flexibility, as much as the proximity of the sites, that brings so many locals back season after season, from their first taster session to pilot training.
