Paragliding as a couple: flying together, at the same time
With our two instructors, you both fly at the same time, each in your own tandem, side by side above the Préalpes d'Azur. A couple's tandem flight for an anniversary, a Valentine's Day given as a gift voucher or a marriage proposal.
Can you go paragliding as a couple? Yes. At Ailéments, two instructors, Pierrot and Pierre-Yves, fly two passengers at the same time: each of you has your own instructor and wing, and you fly side by side in the sky over Gréolières.
A tandem flight is always for two, one instructor and one passenger: there is no wing for three. Paragliding as a couple therefore means two tandems flying together, and one shared memory at the landing.

1 · Book
Two flights, the same slot
Book two flights online or by phone, saying you are a couple and want to fly together: we schedule our two instructors on the same slot. All about the tandem paragliding flight.
2 · Fly
Side by side in the sky
Meet at the Gréolières landing field, ride up by 4x4 to take-off, then 20 to 30 minutes of flight each with the Ascending flight, above the ridges, with the sea on the horizon in clear weather.
3 · Meeting up again
At the landing
You land at the village landing field and share your impressions. As an option, the video of each flight (€30 per flight) is transferred to your phone; it is included with the Prestige flight.

A Valentine's Day on the French Riviera
The school is closed from January to mid-February: on Valentine's Day itself, we do not fly. Give the two flights as a paragliding gift voucher instead, valid for 1 year with no extension, and fly together in spring.

In paragliding, a passenger always flies with their instructor, under a tandem wing. To fly as a couple, you therefore need two instructors: that is what lets you set off together, at the same time.
No particular physical condition: you just need to be able to run a few steps at take-off, up to 90 kg per passenger. Over 60, we check together by phone.

Can you go paragliding as a couple?
Yes. With our two instructors, Pierrot and Pierre-Yves, you both fly at the same time, each in your own tandem, side by side in the sky over Gréolières.
Can we fly together under the same wing?
No. A tandem wing carries one instructor and one passenger. As a couple, each of you flies with your own instructor, and the two wings fly at the same time.
How much does a couple's tandem flight cost?
€280 for two Ascending flights (€140 per person, 20 to 30 minutes of flight each), or €500 for two Prestige flights (45 minutes to 1 hour, videos included). The video option costs €30 per flight.
Can we fly on Valentine's Day?
No: the school is closed from January to mid-February. For Valentine's Day on the French Riviera or in Provence, give the two flights as gift vouchers, valid for 1 year with no extension, and fly together once we reopen.
Do we both need to be sporty?
No. You just need to be able to run a few steps at take-off, up to 90 kg per passenger, with no experience: the instructor flies. Over 60, we check together by phone.
Can you give a flight for a couple?
Yes: order two gift vouchers on our gift voucher page. They are sent by email within the hour, valid for 1 year with no extension and transferable.
Where do people come from to fly at Gréolières?
Gréolières is 50 minutes from Nice and Cannes, 45 minutes from Antibes and 1h10 from Fréjus. We meet at the landing field, in the village, where you park.
What if the weather doesn't allow flying?
The day before, we confirm the flight by text message or by phone, depending on the weather. If conditions are not good, the flight is rescheduled free of charge: we will offer you another date.
