Approach walk

Jumps are always optional — you can bypass if you prefer — and the pace adapts to the group. No experience is necessary: you just need to be able to swim 25 metres and be comfortable in the water. Afterwards, you get changed, share your impressions, and collect your photos if you chose that option.

As for what to bring, it’s nothing complicated: just make sure you have a swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit, an old pair of closed-toe trainers that won’t mind getting soaked, a towel, and some dry clothes for the journey home. There’s no need to bring any specialist kit – we provide everything. Just remember to let the guide know about any specific concerns (fear of water, health issues): the trip is always tailored to the group, never the other way round.
