This privacy policy sets out how Ailéments collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the website www.ailements.fr and our booking services. It supplements our Legal notice and our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data necessary for the organisation of your activities:
- Booking form Name, phone (WhatsApp), place of stay, desired date, and for each participant: first name, age, weight, height, and shoe sizecanyoning).
- Gift voucher : Buyer and beneficiary details.
- Direct contact: the information you provide to us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
The template data (age, weight, height, shoe size) are essential for your safety: they are used exclusively to prepare suitable equipment (sail, harness, suit, shoes) and to form groups.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Processing your booking (confirmation, organisation, appointment reminder): performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
- Business Security (adaptation of equipment to the template): operator's safety obligation.
- Response to your information requests: legitimate interest.
- Invoicing and accounting Legal obligation.
We do not engage in any automated commercial prospecting, do not send newsletters, and never sell your data.
4. Recipients of data
Your data is accessible only to the Ailéments team (instructors and organisational staff) for the purposes of your activity. It is not transferred, leased or sold to third parties. It is stored on secure management systems with restricted access.
5. Shelf lives
- Booking data: 3 years after your last activity.
- Invoicing documents: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Information requests without booking: 1 year.
6. Cookies and third-party services
The www.wings.fr does not use any advertising cookies or third-party audience tracking tools. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the website to function may be deposited.
Certain pages include content from third-party services (YouTube videos, Google Maps maps) which may deposit their own cookies, subject to the privacy policies of these services. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
In accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data.
