How does the booking process work?

A session starts from 6 registered. We confirm or we cancel 4 days before the first day — it's nature that decides. The discovery day has no minimum duration.
At registration, one 25% deposit % by wire transfer. The The balance is not collected until the session is confirmed., and settles in place on the first day.
If the session does not reach 6 registrants, you will be reimbursement in full or we reschedule your seat on another date — you choose.
La FFVL licence It is mandatory before the first day and is not included in the price: you buy it directly from the federation, and we verify your number before the course.

Welcome and briefing

Meeting point at Gréolières. Programme presentation, weather check and equipment distribution.

Theoretical courses

Before each session: flight mechanics, aerology, weather and safety. Theory is essential for understanding and progressing.

Training hill exercises

Inflation, sail control, launch and landing techniques. Repetition until mastery.

Supervised flights

First major flights from sites suited to your level. Constant radio supervision. We have several sites for first major flights, such as Gréolières 1400, Kennedy, Gourdon and Gréolières.

Debriefing

Video analysis of your flights, areas for improvement, advice for the future.

What internships do you offer?

Four formulas: Discovery Stage (1 day, €260), Initiation Stage (5 days, €700 — format 5 days only), Advanced Stage (5 days, €750, also 3 days €450, €60 discount with your own equipment) and Southern Discovery Stage (5 days, €800), plus the Dune du Pyla stage with the Waggas School (one week, €650 for the stage alone or €900 with shuttle from Gréolières, subject to availability). FFVL license required, not included in the price, to be purchased directly from the federation. Sessions all year round, including winter.

Do you offer paragliding courses in winter?

Yes, and that is our point of difference: our sessions run all year round, including winter, when most French schools close from October to March. The Préalpes d'Azur and the Côte d'Azur remain flyable in winter, with smaller groups and many more available dates. The programme is always adapted to the conditions of the day.

Is prior experience necessary?

No, for the Discovery and Initiation courses they are intended for beginners. The Advanced Course is the continuation of the initiation course; the Discovery of the South requires complete autonomy for takeoff and landing.

What is an introductory internship like?

A full week alternating between theoretical courses (aerology, meteorology, safety) and practical training (slope school and then large flights). You will make your first solo flights under supervision at the end of the week.

Is the equipment provided?

Yes, all the equipment is provided: sail, harness, emergency parachute, helmet, radio. You only need suitable clothing and good shoes. The only exception: the Dune du Pyla course, where everyone comes with their own sail.

I have done canyoning in a few countries and this was the best I have done by far. It was a beautiful gorge and had the clearest water.
