Sale (GTC) apply to all paragliding services (baptism flights in a biplace, initiation and advanced training courses) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ailements.fr\/en\/trips\/canyoning-bandol\/\" title=\"Canyoning Bandol\">canyoning<\/a> proposed by Ail\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p>The benefits of <strong>paragliding<\/strong> \u2014 biplace baptisms and training courses \u2014 are provided and invoiced by <strong>Moniteur Ail\u00e9ments Parapente Canyoning Syndicate<\/strong> (SIREN 999 444 391). The benefits <strong>canyoning<\/strong> are insured and invoiced by <strong>Ail\u00e9ments \u2013 Sole trader: FENET Pierre-Yves<\/strong> (SIREN 794 987 024). These GTC apply equally to both structures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By making a reservation by telephone, e-mail or online, the customer declares that he\/she has read these GTC and accepts them unreservedly.<\/strong> These GTC shall prevail over any other document. A confirmation SMS or call will be sent to you the day before the activity with the practical information (venue, time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-4\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 4 - Prices and means of payment<\/h2>\n        <ul>\n  <li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ailements.fr\/en\/price\/\">rates<\/a> are displayed in Euros including VAT on the website and may be modified at any time. The applicable rates are those in force on the day of booking.<\/li>\n  <li>For bi-seat baptisms and canyoning, the regulations are carried out on site, by <strong>Instant transfer or cash<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>For paragliding courses<\/strong>a <strong>25 % % deposit of the total amount<\/strong> is requested upon registration. It is settled <strong>by bank transfer only<\/strong>. The bank details are transmitted by name after registration and are never published on the website. In this case, no refund will be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific conditions Canyoning :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Depending on the chosen course, level, size, weight and age will be taken into account.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>You must be able to swim at least 50 metres<\/strong> and put your head under the water.<\/li>\n  <li>Used to heights for abseiling.<\/li>\n  <li>The customer must provide <strong>suitable closed shoes<\/strong> (such as trainers or sports shoes). A free loan can be made if the customer does not have any.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific conditions Paragliding :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>We place particular emphasis on <strong>passenger weight<\/strong> (recommended limit: 100 kg), the ability to move and run properly in order to be active during takeoff and landing phases.<\/li>\n  <li>Beyond 100 kg, the monitor is the only one to decide whether the passenger can be carried depending on the meteorological conditions, the configuration of their equipment, and their own weight. All participants acknowledge that they are aware of the risks inherent in outdoor sporting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-7\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 7 - Insurance and liability<\/h2>\n        <p><strong>Instructor's insurance :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>All our instructors within Ail\u00e9ments are State-qualified (DEJEPS), approved for youth and sports, and fulfill all the current legal obligations.<\/li>\n  <li>They have a <strong>professional indemnity insurance<\/strong> covering the management of the proposed activities. <strong><em>All supporting documents are available on request.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participant insurance :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>We strongly advise you to be <strong>individually insured for civil liability<\/strong> for damages caused or suffered in incidents or accidents that have no direct connection with the practice of the activities or that are not the result of the monitor or a failure of the equipment.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>For tandem paragliding first flights<\/strong> The passenger is covered by the professional civil liability insurance of the instructor.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>For paragliding courses<\/strong> : each student must necessarily hold a <strong>FFVL licence and insurance<\/strong> (French Federation of Free Flight) in force, including an Air Liability Insurance (RCA), <strong>before the first day of the internship<\/strong>. To do this, the original beneficiary must contact Ail\u00e9ments the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ailements.fr\/en\/contact\/\">call us<\/a> to provide the name of the new beneficiary.<\/li>\n  <li>Gift vouchers may not be resold under any circumstances.<\/li>\n  <li>The reservation of a <a title=\"Good gift Parapente and Cannoying in the 06 (Alpes Maritime)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ailements.fr\/en\/gift-voucher\/\">gift voucher<\/a> is subject to the same cancellation conditions as conventional reservations (see article 10).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-10\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 10 - Cancellation<\/h2>\n        <p><strong>Cancellation by the customer :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you wish to cancel an activity (including a gift voucher) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>The balance paid will be <strong>repaid in full<\/strong> if Ail\u00e9ments is informed <strong><em>at least 20 days<\/em><\/strong> before the date of the activity.<\/li>\n  <li>The balance will be reimbursed to you at <strong><em>50% if Ail\u00e9ments is informed for at least 10 days<\/em><\/strong> before the date of the activity.<\/li>\n  <li>The balance paid <strong>will not be refunded<\/strong> if Ail\u00e9ments is informed <strong>8 days or less<\/strong> before the date of the activity.<\/li>\n  <li>In the event of deposits paid: if the cancellation occurs within the above deadlines, the deposits will be refunded under the same conditions. If the cancellation occurs outside these deadlines, the deposits will be retained by Ail\u00e9ments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation of a paragliding course by the client:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Cancellation at <strong>more than a month<\/strong> From the first day of the course: the deposit is not refunded but remains <strong>transferable to another session<\/strong> within twelve months.<\/li>\n  <li>Cancellation <strong>between one month and two weeks<\/strong> before the first day: the deposit remains transferable for another session, subject to availability.<\/li>\n  <li>Cancellation at <strong>less than two weeks<\/strong> From the first day: the deposit is <strong>finally acquired<\/strong> at Ail\u00e9ments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation by Ail\u00e9ments :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Ail\u00e9ments, concerned for your safety and your enjoyment, reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour if the weather conditions are <strong>weather conditions<\/strong> are not favorable on the day of the activity.<\/li>\n  <li>What's more, in canyoning, if the <strong>minimum number of people<\/strong> If the departure is not reached (minimum 5 people according to the canyons), the departure may be cancelled.<\/li>\n  <li>For the <strong>paragliding courses<\/strong> (Initiation, Improvement, Discovery of sites in the South), one <strong>Minimum of 6 participants<\/strong> is necessary for the session to be maintained. The discovery day is subject to no minimum requirements.<\/li>\n  <li>In the event of cancellation by Ail\u00e9ments the customer, the full amount will be refunded or a later date will be offered according to their preferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-11\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 11 - Delay<\/h2>\n        <p>A meeting time and place are systematically communicated in advance. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ailements.fr\/en\/paragliding\/\">paragliding<\/a> like canyoning.<\/p>\n<p>For the smooth running of the activity and out of respect for the other participants and the instructor, <strong>Ail\u00e9ments does not tolerate delays of more than 15 minutes.<\/strong>. Once this period has elapsed, the instructor may go on activity and no refund or compensation will be payable.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-12\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 12 - Theft and damage<\/h2>\n        <p>The customer is warned that it is strongly advised not to bring or leave valuable items in a vehicle during the activity.<\/p>\n<p>The Ail\u00e9ments instructors are in no way responsible or liable for any loss, theft or damage to the client's personal belongings.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-13\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 13 \u2013 Right to an image<\/h2>\n        <p>Ail\u00e9ments It grants you the right to use your image for promotional and advertising purposes, regardless of the media used (paper, video, internet).<\/p>\n<p>If you do not wish to appear, you can send us your request by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Law n\u00b078-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and liberties, you have the right to access and withdraw or delete information about you.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-14\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 14 - Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n        <p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to French law.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a dispute or disagreement, the parties will strive to resolve the matter amicably. Ail\u00e9ments This service is not part of the commercial services Ail\u00e9ments described in the previous articles.<\/p>\n<p>Beneficiaries: the service is open to union members who are instructors, to autonomous pilots who are affiliated as \u00abuser pilots\u00bb (annual fee of \u20ac10), and exceptionally to non-affiliated pilots based on an increased visitor rate.<\/p>\n<p>Current prices<br \/>- Cr\u00eates takeoff: 10 \u20ac (member) \/ 12 \u20ac (visitor)<br \/>- Takeoff of the 300: 5 \u20ac (member) \/ 6 \u20ac (visitor)<\/p>\n<p>The fees are set by resolution of the union's board and may be subject to change; the current version is the one published on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ailements.fr\/en\/legal-information\/\" title=\"LEGAL INFORMATION - AIL\u00c9MENTS\">wings<\/a>.fr on the date of service provision.<\/p>\n<p>Access conditions: All eligible pilots must hold a valid FFVL license or an equivalent insurance certificate covering their parapent practice, and must be able to present it upon simple request. Advance booking is recommended. The association reserves the right to refuse access to the service in case of non-compliance with safety instructions, proper onboard conduct, or agreed schedules.<\/p>\n<p>Payment: by bank transfer, bank card, or cash with issuance of a numbered receipt. All receipts are deposited into the union's bank account.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation due to weather: In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, the association may cancel or postpone a shuttle service without entitlement to compensation.<\/p>\n<p>Liability: Pilot users and occasional beneficiaries of the service remain personally responsible for their paragliding practice and must have air liability insurance covering their activity (including through their FFVL license). The shuttle vehicle is covered by insurance suitable for transporting passengers as part of the union's activity.<\/p>\n<p>Complaints: Any complaints can be made in writing to the union's headquarters or by email to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ailements.fr\/en\/contact\/\">write to us<\/a>.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n      <article class=\"ail-legal__art\" id=\"sec-18\">\n        <h2 class=\"ail-legal__h2\">Article 18 \u2014 Mediation of consumer disputes<\/h2>\n        <p>In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge in order to resolve a dispute amicably with a professional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The customer is previously required to submit a written complaint to Ail\u00e9ments<\/strong> In order to seek an amicable solution.
