Menton, the last town before Italy, is an ideal starting point for discovering paragliding. At Ailéments, a small family-run business, we put the emphasis on quality of experience and personalised support.
The experience we recommend is Gréolières. Why do you ask? Because that's what our customers tell us after having done both spots. Our main site, perched on the crests of the Cheiron at an altitude of 1,800 m, offers long flights with a vertical drop of over 1,000 m, generous thermals and a wild 360° panorama between the Mediterranean and the Mercantour.
This has been our core business since 2010. Our school and workshop are based here, in the village, on the edge of the landing. 90 % of our flights take place in Gréolières, all year round except January.
What you'll see from the sky:
Mont Gros is our winter site, accessible from December to the end of February when the landing beach is free. It's the only site in the Alpes-Maritimes where you can fly over the sea and land on the Golfe Bleu beach, facing the sea. Monaco.
Site characteristics :
💡 Whatever the season, we fly. Gréolières from spring to autumn for alpine adventures, Roquebrune in winter for flights with a sea view. This flexibility means we can fly almost every day of the year.

The maximum weight is 90 kg for technical reasons linked to the certification of tandem equipment. Above this weight, the glider cannot guarantee an optimal and safe flight. If you are close to this limit, contact us to discuss it: depending on the conditions on the day and the instructor available, solutions can sometimes be found.

Yes, an unforgettable experience:
No, tandem paragliding is accessible to everyone, including beginners. You don't need any previous experience. The only requirement is to be able to take a few running steps on take-off (5 to 10 metres). Once in the air, you're comfortably seated in the harness and all you have to do is enjoy the flight over the Mediterranean. The instructor manages the entire flight.
Absolutely. During the briefing, tell your instructor what you'd like to do: a contemplative flight to admire Monaco and the sea, or a dynamic flight with tricks like wing-overs (big oscillations) or 360°s (tight turns). Acrobatics are included in all our packages on request, weather conditions permitting.
