This descent from canyon is a classic in the Vallée de la Tinée, and is enjoyed by families and sports enthusiasts alike for its fun and aesthetic appeal.
After a 15-minute walk, we reach the start of the canyon by footpath.
There are plenty of obstacles for beginners to try, including abseiling, jumps and slides.
